Why do I need to review and update my personal details?
As a bank, we're required to check that the details we have for you are up to date, and collect new information when we need to. This is so we can verify your identity, and help keep your account safe.
The questions we ask you help us build a fuller picture of your finances, so we can better detect when there's unusual activity on your account. We’ll use the information you give us in line with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Just so you know, everyone who banks with us will need to complete this process.
To get started, head to your profile section in the Chase app and follow the instructions. If you have any trouble reviewing and updating your details, please give us a call.
