Closing an account

If the account you want to close has a positive balance, you can close it immediately.

  1. Open the account
  2. Tap the three dots
  3. Tap ‘Close account’
  4. Follow the instructions given

Once you've closed an account, you'll still be able to see your statements for up to six years after their generation in the app.
