Chase’s Home Nations Football Ticket Bundle Prize Draw (“Draw”) Terms and Conditions

By entering this Draw, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

The promoter

Chase is J.P. Morgan Europe Limited trading as Chase of 25 Bank Street, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5JP, United Kingdom (“Chase”).

1) How to enter & who can enter?

  • The Draw is open to new and existing customers of Chase.
  • The Draw opens at 00:01 BST on 10th February 2025 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 10th March 2025.
  • To enter the Draw you will need to be a Chase customer with an open and working Chase Current Account.
  • Between 10th February 2025 and 10th March 2025, you will need to:
    • visit the Rewards section within the Chase app and follow the instructions to opt into the Draw, and then
    • receive a single deposit of £1,500 into your Chase Current Account. This must be a single lump sum which is received into your Chase Current Account, for example, your salary or a payment from an account you hold with another bank.

You will receive one entry into the Draw for each £1500 that’s deposited into your Current Account in one go. This means for larger deposits, you'll be granted one entry for each £1500 of the total amount that's paid into your Current Account. For example, a payment of £3,000 into your Current Account will create two entries into the Draw, whereas a payment of £2,000 will only create one entry into the Draw.

  • You must opt into the Draw in the Chase app, as described above, to be eligible to enter the Draw. Deposits made to your Chase Current Account without opting in to the Draw will not count towards an entry.
  • Internal transfers between Chase accounts belonging to the same customer are excluded.
  • Once you’ve opted in, each single deposit of £1,500 paid into your Chase Current Account between 10th February 2025 and 10th March 2025 will create a new entry, but you can only receive a maximum of 5 entries to the Draw in total. You can see the number of entries you have made within the rewards section of the Chase app.
  • You must remain a customer of Chase with a Chase Current Account when we draw the winners.
  • The Chase General Account Terms and Conditions apply, including eligibility, account limits and maximum account balances. You will need to meet and comply with these terms and conditions in order to enter this Draw. There is a maximum combined number of accounts a customer can hold and/or have opened with us.

Who cannot enter this Draw?

  • You cannot enter this Draw if you are:
    • an employee of Chase;
    • an employee of an affiliate of Chase, who works for JP Morgan’s International Consumer Banking line of business;
    • a contractor, secondee or contingent worker of Chase or an affiliate of Chase who provides services to JP Morgan’s International Consumer Banking line of business;
    • an employee, contractor, secondee or contingent worker of agents or suppliers of Chase  who are professionally connected with the Draw or its administration.
  • You will also not be able to enter the Draw if your Chase Current Account is suspended or under investigation. If you are unsure of the status of any of your Chase Current Accounts, please contact us using the information provided at the end of these terms and conditions.
  • By entering the Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Chase may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Draw.
  • All entries received after the closing date are automatically disqualified.
  • Chase will not accept responsibility if your entry is incomplete or delayed, for example, as a result of any hardware or software failure or technical malfunction. Also, proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt of an entry into the Draw.
  • Chase will not accept entries that are incomplete or by any other method.
  • Chase may disqualify you if you breach any of these terms and conditions or act dishonestly in relation to this Draw.

2) What are the prizes?

  • The winner will receive 2 general admission football tickets to every “home fixture” of one Nation of their choice taking place between 1 April 2025 and 31 March 2026. This includes every public game played by the senior men’s squad and the senior women’s squad. Winners will be given a choice between the four Home Nations:
    • England
    • Northern Ireland
    • Scotland
    • Wales
  • A “home fixture” is when the men’s or women’s senior Home Nation team plays a home friendly or qualification fixture held in their country, excluding any International Tournament Matches. “International Tournament Matches” means any matches taking place in a FIFA, UEFA or other third party organised competition, including a men’s or women’s UEFA European Championships competition, a UEFA Nations League Final Four competition or any other third party organised tournament between multiple international teams (for example, the Arnold Clark Cup).

How many prizes are available?

  • There are 5 Prizes available to be won.
  • There is a limit of 1 Prize per winner.

Other information about the Prizes

The winners are responsible for complying with (and ensuring their guest complies with) those terms and conditions. Any issues in relation to entry and any complaints or claims relating to the winners and their guests' attendance at the match should be dealt with between the winners/their guests and the relevant venue, except where there is an issue with the tickets supplied to the winners by Chase.

  • There is no cash alternative to the Prizes and winners are not entitled to demand the Prize be paid in cash. Chase reserves the right to substitute a Prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
  • Prizes are not negotiable, exchangeable or transferable by the winner. Prizes must not be auctioned, resold or advertised for sale. In the event Chase becomes aware that any Prize has been auctioned, resold or advertised for sale, Chase reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the individual.

3) Winners

  • All valid entries will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win a Prize. Winners will be chosen at random within 7 days of the closing date.
  • We will also notify winners within 7 days of the closing date by contacting the winners using the email address and/or telephone number they have saved on their Chase account. It is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information provided to Chase is up to date.
  • In order to claim the Prize, the winner must respond to Chase’s message by accepting the Prize and providing any information requested by Chase, within 5 days of being notified.
  • Chase will make all reasonable efforts to contact prize winners. If any prize winner fails to claim a Prize, they will forfeit the Prize and Chase may redraw a new winner. Chase will contact any replacement winner/s as soon as possible after the redraw and they will have 5 days to respond to the notification by accepting the Prize and providing any information requested by Chase.
  • The decision of Chase is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

4) Receiving the prize

  • Winners will be notifed of the details for each match at least 2 weeks in advance of the match date. Winners will receive their tickets and/or instructions to receive the tickets no later than the day before each match.
  • The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on the winner’s behalf.
  • Chase does not accept any responsibility if winners are not able to take up the prize.

5) Limitation of liability

Where it is allowed by law,  Chase, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Chase, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

6) Data protection

  • Chase must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Chase will send the first name and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails prize.draw@chase.com within one month after the closing date of the Draw.
  • If you object to your first name, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Chase by emailing prize.draw@chase.com. In such circumstances, Chase must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  • Chase will only process your personal information as set out in the Chase Privacy Policy available here: www.chase.co.uk/gb/en/legal/privacy-notice/ and in accordance with these terms and conditions.  
  • Chase may use their agency, Fuse International Limited to assist with the administration, fulfilment and/or delivery of this Draw and/or the Prizes. 7) General

  • Chase reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Draw, without prior notice.  
  • This Draw, these terms and conditions and any related disputes shall be governed by English law and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  • Chase is responsible for this Draw and the Football Associations shall not have any liability to participants of this Draw.
